I've used Taylor scales in the past. They were consistent and the registered weights were always in line with that of the scales in my doctor's office. This scale worked for the first week. The scale never registers the same weight anymore. I didn't hold on to the paperwork and am now stuck with a useless scale. My advice, stay away from Taylor's 7004 Compact Lithium scale.
