Today is the first day I've had it, and my roommate and I programmed ourselves into it and everything went smoothly and we are happy with it.
It looks great and appears to be accurate and consistent (make sure your feet are making contact with the metal, and not the circle-metal parts).
The plastic parts (the handle and buttons) seem a bit flimsy, but I can put up with it. As other reviews have stated, the results for fat %, water %, muscle mass and bone mineral do cycle around rather quickly, but I just keep a notebook/pen handy closeby and grab it as soon as the results display.

My mom needed a scale and this one has large numbers which is perfect for her cause she has contacts and she uses it before bed and when she wakes up, so her contacts arent always on. It also calculates you BMI with is pretty neat.Product Review: Great Purchase

Great scale. I just wished it would store previous readings so you would not have to keep a journal or rely on memory. Other than that I definitely recommend this scale. By the way, if you want a good reading, yes you have to dampen your feet. If you drench them you'll likely to end up on your backside because the platform IS glass. Let's chock it up to experience.
