This things calibration is insane. On Monday I'm 198, on Wednesday I'm 191 and on Friday I'm 193. By the way when I measure myself it's right after the shower so my feet are moist like the manual recommends it to be. This scale was always inaccurate as compared to all the other scales at my gym. It was 3-4lbs (or about 3%) off consistently. It then started to give totally different readouts each time I stepped on it, sometimes by more than 20lbs. Now it won't give readouts at all. I have to get another scale now, because this one is worthless.Product Review: Are you serious???

OK so a year ago I was not working out at all and my body fat was measured at the gym at 24%. After a year of working 3-4 times a week (mostly weight training, pilates, yoga) - I haven't lost any weight but got noticeably stronger and leaner, my clothes are loose. So I thought I'd treat myself to the home body fat analyzer. Checked the definition for the athlete (10 hrs+ per week of aerobics, 60 resting heart rate - not me) so I selected normal person. My body fat measured at 29.9%, second time at 30.4%! Are you kidding me??? Choosing being an athletic person it measured at body fat at 20.9% which seems to be more likely but definitely not by Taylor's definition of an Athlete.... So either you can kid yourself that you are an athlete and get a reading that feels good or get some kind of crazy reading that doesn't make any sense. Design/look of it is great. It's simple to use and very easy to read the LCD. All of the extra features like body fat/water %/etc are a nice touch as well. While it isn't always 100% accurate, it gives a pretty good approximation of all those features.
Definitely a worthwhile purchase.

It looks nice, but it doesn't work. It only reads 0.0 then goes off, as if to say, "Job well done!" I can set my profile, and it keeps my info, but it refuses to weigh anything or anyone. The plastic parts are extremely flimsy, as well.
I returned this and got a different model.
