Great scale that displays various readings as advertised. And it looks really stylish, more style than my bathroom itself. :) Love it. Seems to be a lot more accurate than the generic scales.

This has been a great scale so far. However, make sure the scale is on a flat non-creviced floor. Taylor 5599 440 Pound Tempered Glass Body Fat-Body Water Scale
Received scale and it looked great. Also worked great. Unfortunately it was for only 10 days. The scale then reflected weights varying as much as 10 pounds. I mean it was all over the place.
I put in fresh batteries. No change.
I then called Taylor customer service. I got a recording saying they had a heavy customer demand and that my call would be taken in order. I was given the option to leave my phone number. I decided to wait. After 18 minutes I gave up and pressed the keypad number to leave my phone number. I was then transferred to leave my number only to get a recording telling me that the recorder line was full. The phone then disconnected me.
I called Amazon and they are sending me a replacement.
Hope it works better than the orginal. I can understand a product breaking, what I cannot understand is such shabby customer service.

Product Review: Too good to be true

This product worked for two months then just started flashing ERROR 2. I can still weight myself, but cannot get bmi, body fat etc. We have done all the trouble shooting nothing works and I can't return it cause the return policy states its been to long. If you google this product you will see tons of people with the same problem. Buy at your own risk!
