Product Review: Works pretty well although it's a little clunky and the BF is ?able

All in all, I like it so far. It seems a little more accurate than my previous scale (which gave me numbers I like better but were apparently less accurate).
The body composition analysis interface is clunky and each time you set it it makes annoying beeping sounds but it's not horrible.
The body fat seems a little bogus. I'm 5'7" 125 lbs, range between 120 and 130, female, and physically fit. It tells me (and this doesn't seem to go with my weight fluctuations at all) that I'm somewhere between 12 and 15 % fat, which is at the border between 'essential fat' and 'athletic'. I'm not skinny, and my thigh and butt fat is visible, so this seems highly unlikely. However, it told my athletic 6' brother that he's 14%, and my not so athletic and overweight (and hypothyroid) dad that he's 40% (if I am recalling correctly) so maybe it is working. Or maybe it works better for guys. I don't know.

I don't know why I didn't return this scale when I had the chance to. It has its moments where I *think* its telling me my correct weight and BF. Other times it gives me really ridiculous numbers. I think that its weight is almost always correct when its on an uncarpeted floor. However, on carpet this thing is 100% WRONG for me! For a while when I had this, it was hard to get consistent readings. Now I get consistent readings on the hallway floor. I don't like how unreliable this is though so I barely use it.Product Review: excellent

I was leery about buying this online, not seeing it or anything, but I needed a scale and it was on sale, so I figured why not, if it doesn't work I can return it or buy a new one. Well, I am extremely impressed, not only is it accurate but it has a ton of features, which is awesome. I like that everyone in my house (up to 10) can store their info rather than just 2 of us. The info is very accurate, and although I agree with others in the fact that it runs through the results awfully quick, but I just grab a pen and paper before I step on it weekly so that I can write everything down as it goes through everything. I read the reviews and against my better judgment thought I would try this scale anyway. It doesn't work. I had the same problems as were mentioned on the other negative reviews. Basically the thing just beeped at me...gave me my weight once - but never gave any body fat information. I highly recommend NOT buying this scale.
