I am a female to male trans man, and was looking for something realistic that I could use to have sex with, and this toy is excellent. It works really well, with a little bit of practice. The only problem was that the bulb was too big to be used comfortably. I ended up cutting it down a little and now it works great. The vibration is nice, if a little odd. It takes a bit of practice to be able to use it without it falling out, but it is most definitely worth the money.
