Accurate weight (darn it) and easy to read. Memory for four users, for help in remembering what the last reading was. Big enough to stand on while holding your pet and still be able to peer over the critter and see the weight. I have had this scale for several months. My previous scale seemed to vary as much as 5-7 lbs from the Doctor's office scale and would also reflect dramatic weight changes daily (even though I would weigh myself at the same time each day). This scale has proven to be more reliable and consistent It has memory sets for displaying previous weighing for 4 or 5 individual users. This is somewhat nice but one has to trigger his individual memorized weighing by pushing a numbered button at the base of the scale with his toe which is somewhat of an encumbrance - but I'm not sure there is any better way of handling this multiple user feature. All in all, I am well pleased with the scale and believe it is worth its relatively higher price.Product Review: Finally an accurate scale!

After trying several others that had a lot of unpredictable variability in their readings, this Tanita model has worked very consistenly over the past couple of months. We are very pleased with this scale. I never used to use a scale at home. Now, I weight myself practically everyday. My husband is number 1, and I am number 4. Just an easy tap with a toe, and your number (1 or 4) comes up. I was a little too hasty and would hop on the scale while the 4 still appeared. After reading the directions, I realized you are supposed to first wait a couple of seconds until the number disappears and "00" shows. THEN, get on the scale. I like that your previous weight will show below the present weight that comes up right above it. Undoubtedly, this scale is the best one I've had in my lifetime (and I'm no spring chicken). I can't imagine who would NOT be pleased with this particular bathroom scale!
