I just wanted a scale, and never imagined that i would care about my body fat percentage. Now, that I have been using the scale, I monitor the body fat percentage all the time! I can also get a reading for total body water percentage as well, and that's interesting too. Remember, always weigh yaself naked! Think of it as a just a basic bathroom scale with the ability to provide some other useful information. I guess I knew the truth but the features are an additional reminder and provide more incentive.
