I purchased this scale in 1/2006. It's been a great tool for monitoring my weight and other fitness levels. It's pretty motivating for me to see all the information the scale gives. I feel a real sense of accomplishment when muscle mass goes up, even if the weight doesn't change. Have had it a few weeks now and really like the scale. Easy to use, and the hydration and body fat % seem to be pretty accurate. I'm sure it's not perfect, but its a good baseline and a heck of a lot more convenient then calipers or doing the water tests, cheaper too.Product Review: Good basic scale
