You get what you pay for, a giant box of tampons.
Sometimes I wish they had "extra super" size for that first day included.
I have to buy a separate pack and to tell you the truth, I sometimes buy up and buy the pearls.

This is the original designed tampon. There aren't a lot of fluffs or frills to it and it gets the job done, and well! You also cannot beat the price, especially with the subscribe and save! I do prefer the Pearls to these, but you'd pay almost twice as much for the quantity you get and really, you're just flushing them in a couple of hours!
Also, I've never felt any discomfort from these, like another reviewer stated.
