Would've been nice to know in advance that the watch's band was just garbage. The back cover was not even attached with screws but kind of a spring clamp. Every time the watch was taken off the back of the watch popped off & exposed the battery! I purchased this for an elderly person that was blind therefore she would not have been able to fix it every time,not that anyone should have to. I was so disgusted by the quality of the product that it was not even worth my time to return it! I just threw it away & will shop else where! I should have known...it was made in CHINA...guess it was a good reminder of you get what you pay for!! No more CHINESE products for me!! Live and learn right?????????

Ordered a talking watches for my son and my brother. Both had the same comment," wish it had a velcro band". The watches are easy to set and with the flush setting controls, time has not been accidently changed.
