I have used this massager quite a bit, replacing one from Panasonic that was much quieter, however I couldn't find that one. This massager has 6 speeds, I usually use on 3, the remote is nice I feel the foot area is awkward, I place my foot on the edge of the top and then the bottom "ball" like protrusion rests on the instep.
I have not had any problems with its performance just wish it was a bit more quiet.
