I suffered chronic colds and sinus infections throughout my 30s and into my early 40s, but since I started drinking symfre (for 10 years now), I haven't had a single cold or sinus infection. I start drinking it in the fall, when I first start feeling the signs of a cold, and I drink about 20 oz. every day until cold and flu season is finally done.
I take a thermos of steeped tea into work with me every day, and I use a bombilla (a strainer straw) to drink the tea, rather than having to worry about using an infuser.
I love this stuff! I'd do commercials for it.
