It is good and useful and nicely retro, but while 13 watt bulbs of a "daylight" color temperature of 2700k are available at various web sites (to replace the blinding cold white light of the supplied 4100k), it cannot take a lower wattage bulb. Or likely a higher one but I wasn't looking for more light but rather less.
