This pedometer works so much better than many other brands I have tried. The others just never seemed to count anything close to all my steps, but this one does. And the tether helps prevent what could be severe damage from a crash to floor/sidewalk if the unit happens to work itself free from the waistband/belt.Product Review: Walk Walk Walk

I have never owned a high quality pedometer (had "give away" models) so I read the reviews here at Amazon. This was the clear winner and I have not been disappointed. Trying to lose holiday pounds can be tough, especially when you work a lot of hours like me and have a bad back-this helps me monitor my steps. I have set goals at various increments and this helps me maintain as I adjust to the added walking. If walking is your thing-you will like this. And a good value!
