Product Reviews of Surgical Molded Face Duramask 1890 - 50ct Box (White Mask)Product Review: Poor Fit Summary: 3 Stars
I didn't think I had a funny looking face until I bought these. And not "HA HA" funny, but more like "horribly maimed in a bizarre golfing and/or fire juggling accident" funny. Even with the bending metal on top, I have a hard time getting it to fit well. All the air shoots out of the top and fogs up my safety glasses.
It may just be user error.
Product Review: Read the H1N1 CDC article and you will find this mask is ok. Summary: 5 Stars
Read the article from the CDC: http://www.cdc.gov/h1n1flu/masks.htm
You will see that this is appropriate as a face mask as noted by the CDC and is ok to use. Please note: this is not the N95 respirator, which is a different kind of mask. Read the article and learn the difference. Then choose which you want to purchase.
Product Review: molded masks Summary: 4 Stars
It seems to be quite sturdy. It covers most of your face and nothing seems to penetrate the mask. I brought them when the swine flu panic was high so now I am going to keep them anyhow. You'll never know.
Product Review: odd shaped and won't close around face Summary: 1 Stars
I got these because I do a lot of sawing boards in home repairs. They do not fit the face right and no matter what I do they leave enough gaps to suck everything in as if I wasn't wearing one! Completely defeats the purpose I use them for! Surgical, whatever, it should say a low grade generic because if I were a surgeon and had to use these and still pick blood and whatever off my mouth anyways I'd be very upset, because that's exactly how these are. Total junk
