For my body, Supervol seems to be a good match. There are mild mood swings, but I have put on 10 pounds of what I feel is good healthy weight over the course of about 3 weeks with the addition of mass building powders and a generous military diet. Of course, along with a good weight lifting exercise plan as well. If you will be taking this stuff, make sure you get good liver support supplements and look up good post cycle therapy products that would benefit the post cycle of supervol.
