When you touch the body of the amplifier, it magnifies the sound of your touch to an uncomfortable degree. The commercial shows the person holding the device and pointing it toward the speaker. That would become vary annoying to listen to. It has a clip which I clip at my collar, but then it amplified my breathing. Not exactly what I was expecting. Thought it might have more of a directional receiving unit.Product Review: NO GO
