This product does work, you loose weight, you do not even THINK about food, HOWEVER it does have side effects!! Do NOT be mislead. Your throat will feel like you are sick all the time, like mucus in the throat, your mouth will be DRY,( not even gum or candy will help it), you will have a day when you feel like the whole world is spinning, and a headache or two. You will loose 6-10 pounds in the first 2weeks. My advice is take the pill on an empty stomach,take a multivitiman with the pill, and eat a peiece of fruit 30 minutes after. Drink LOTS and LOTS of water, and even if you do NOT feel hungry, eat something.
Overall, if you are a person who works out, or if you do not work out, this product will work. BUT be prepared to suffer a little, but if you can suck it up, then i guess its worth it.
