ive notice while on it i get wired, the workouts are awesome, it keeps me going and i can feel the muscle tear. but after the workout im still wired and jittery, shake alot like im overdosed on caffine. and ive been taking it for a yr now and it has the same effect. i can fall asleep on it but i wake up in the middle of night and cant back to sleep. other than that i love the stuff
