I bought this item due to medical problems and extensive research. I was very skeptic at first having to spend that kind of money on a product like this but let me tell you it was one of the best things i could have bought for myself. I have really bad hamroids and it had solved the issue because the use of water to clean you bottom is much better than using rough tissue that can irritate it. I really think that this is the best thing i have invested my money into and i will always have one in my house from now on. Another plus for this company is that the customer service is great, i had a problem with the connection that leads to the water valve that it came with and they gave no problems when i called the manufacture, they will be sending me another connection.
