Product Review: Replacing an old one

I purchased the Ab Roller to replace an old one that I had been using for 9 years. The first one was bought off of one of those old infomercials so I spent a lot more for that one than this new replacement. It looks just like the old one except that the handles are a little shorter than what I was used to. Nothing wrong with the new length, but I replaced the new ones with the old handles which are about an inch longer. I have really large hands so for most people it would not even be an issue. Also the spring inside seems to be weaker so not as much help on the way back after rolling out, but it was the spring that finally broke in my old one so maybe this one will last even longer. And it's a better workout without the extra help. I like the 4 wheels for the extra stability. So it's a little more than just a wheel on a stick. And I can't be happier about the price.Product Review: Roller slide

This product is not strong enough, the very first day I used it was making noise like something inside was broken and it was.
I just want to let people know this is not a good investment please don't buy this product.

This product replaced one just like it which I used daily over the past 10+years.It strengthens my lower back and abdomon allowing me to over come chronic lower back problems that bothered me my entire adult life until I started using this product and doing some other isometric back exercises that I developed.Product Review: So Happy With My Purchase

I had a Abdominal Ab Roller several years ago and used it faithfully. Eventually the spring broke on it and was never able to find one until I went on your website. I've been using it regularly and I'm just waiting to see the results. Love it!

Product Review: Try an ab wheel instead...

My roommate in college had an ab wheel which was amazing - the day after I first used it my abs were so sore I could barely move. I wanted to get one for myself but was only able to find the Ab Slider so I decided to try that. It's definitely not the same. If you want to get a really great workout for your abs, I would absolutely recommend getting something like the Ironman Ab Wheel instead of the Ab Slider.
