The reviewer, Steven Maines is right on the money with his review of this product. I read his review and thought I was reading my own...LOL I too have used this product over the years and YES. It works! But at the same time, it doesn't work! Each one of these I have bought has ended up breaking after several months of regular use. I'm 5'11, 170 lbs male(average size). It should not break like that. I have bought 3 of these over the years from various websites. It's been some time since my last purchase, but I just ordered one from Amazon today because I want that 6 pac I had before, and this machine gave it to me. I know what I'm getting. I just hope it lasts at least 6 months....LOL Keep in mind, you will see results within only weeks of using this machine. Of course you can't go out eating cheeseburgers everyday either. I have always wanted to have a stomach worth showing and finally I have one!! I can't wait to sport my bikini this summer!! This product is great! It is kind of wierd at first, but you truly do feel it the next day (in a good way)! Just 5-10 minutes a day and I saw results within the first couple of weeks! DEFINITELY worth every penny!
