This AB roller, with it's spring return action, has allowed me to strengthen my arms and back with gentle motions - instead of the intense type of workout you get with the Ab Wheels. I am 63 years old, in pretty good shape, but needed something more gentle than the wheel. This is great!Product Review: Great AB Workout!

This is simply one of the best AB workout machines that actually works! It gives a great workout for your mid section and it is easy so that anyone can workout on it either beginner or pro. The one thing you should consider is if you have never worked out you should stick to the shortest distance for doing the AB workout as the more further you go the harder the workout (though that is how the workout was meant to be done). The reason why I am deducting a star is for the included chart which pretty much is telling buyers that you bought this for stretching, which is half the truth as you build muscles while performing some of the movements described on the chart (especially the AB stretch). This is probably the best product for building your abs (besides running, sprinting, crunches, leg lifts...pretty much an addition to these already fine workouts).Product Review: Great Replacement

This was a replacement product. We have been using the AB slider for years and it's seen its better days and searched the web for a replacement. Yes you can get a good ab workout with the Ab Slide, and no, you can't get good abs from using the Ab Slide.

Product is great. Make sure your core is already a bit strong or you'll feel it in your back the next day. Overall a great focused ab workout product.
