I only gave this product three stars because it does not have much resistance. Years before I bought this one, I have bought one at Wal Mart that worked so much better. The Wal Mart one had more resistance and my ab area would feel sore in just going forward and back 15 times. Unfortunately I returned the Wal Mart one because at the time I needed the money.Product Review: Don't let it's plastic exterior fool you - great addition to workout.

After 2 weeks of incorporating this into my workout - I can see results. After the first time using it, it hurt every time I sneezed. I had been doing regular crunches along with my daily workout, but after using this I felt my lower abdominal muscles being worked too, an area I'd been struggling with targeting. This has been a great addition to my workout and my husband and I both use it always feeling it's results.Product Review: Expected Better Quality

The product's function works fine. However, the casing arrived with a slight crack. Does not affect the performance of the product. Disapointed but not bothersome enough to warrant the hassle of shipping it back for a replacement. The sticker is off center and crooked. Hence the quality of the item. The knee pad is quite thin so it's not much of a cushion for your knees. I have to use a tower instead.Product Review: Good Product. Poor Packaging. Damaged Upon Arrival.

This works as promised. But was packaged poorly. It was in it's original box (no overpack), and was handled roughly during transit. The Ab Roller still works but has some cosmetic damage.Product Review: Good machine
