I had an Ab Roller before and it worked wonders. Now after having a baby I had to get one again. I love how it is so easy you don't even feel like you are working out. I think if you are doing it for 3-5 minutes a day for at least 4 days a week, even if you eat junk food and tons of soda like me, your efforts will be shown very quickly. I have had this for 3 weeks and have lost 2 pants sizes!!Product Review: Awesome little guy

I'm pretty lazy, but this thing is so easy to use and store that I actually use it. My stomach, back, and arms are stronger, and I feel like I carry myself better now. I don't know about anyone who is serious about building muscle, but for a video game addict looking to get a little exercise, this roller thing is pretty great.Product Review: Broke in two months

Very cheap product...feel like I might break it using it and I only weigh 110. I threw the mat that it comes with away as it is so thin that its useless. Would not recommend purchasing this product.
