The Ab Slider is easy to use anywhere, at home or at the office. It mostly has worked on my arms and back, strengthening the muscles in my back and relieving some backaches from poorly toned muscles. At first it was a little hard to use, but as time went on, it became easier. Would buy again, as it doesn't take up much room and works for me!Product Review: Ab roller slide review

I remember the original designs of this model. Sturdy build, inducing a feeling that this device will not disassemble while exercising.
This one was build flaky and the handles keep bending. Also, the spring load inside made a loud cracking noise. I only weigh 72Kg, so that should not happen. I don't use it anymore.

The Roller Slide Abdominal Roller Exerciser is the most effective simple machine that I have ever utilised for my abs exercises. I got this product because I had used it before and I developed a very enviable six pack. Well with five more years added to my age and a good friend borrowing my roller I lost my six pack and was on the verge of developing a respectful abdominal bulge or pouch. Well after 2 mths with this roller I can already see results. I will recommend it for both maen and women who are trying to develop good abdominal muscles and keep their mid sections flat.Product Review: Abs over time.

I have been using this product for 8 years now. If you use them agressively they break about every three months, but they will give you abs without the bad back that other products will. The spring in the machine helps you come on the coming back up. This machine takes time but it is small and I take even when I travel around the country. All in all cheaper and much more accessible than other ways of exercise.
