The Fitness Roller Slide was also sold under different names I think. My last one was called an Ab Roller or Ab Slide, but it was a good product and lasted several years. It's a good workout for abs and better for your back then sit-ups. My only complaint on this new one is that it has a squeaky sound coming from the mechanism inside.
I have to update my last review on this AB Slide. I really liked my first one and this new one as well until about 6 months after I bought it. The spring mechanism inside broke and now it's useless. The first one lasted for several years and I'm dissapointed that the new one is not as durable.

i used this in the past , in 2 weeks everyone noticed i was doing sumthing. I lost a lot of weight on my stomach and waist in jan-may. It works and its cheap, i didnt change my diet to see results either so its really a great product. im gonna strt using it agin to work out my back fats.Product Review: works best with healthy diet

Bought this product on Oct 22 2007. I was 182 Lbs. Mostly needed to reduce abdomen fat. Today 19 Dec 2007. I am 164 Lbs. lost 2 inches already.This device alone cannot do this magic. I read the booklet that came with it first. No more chips/cookies/coffee Or rice. No suar intake either. I also runs couples of miles 3 times a week. and eat protein rich diet. Don't expect to work out just 3 minutes a day and lose pounds. It also demands other physical activities and healthy diet.Product Review: works great, must replace often

I've been using the ab roller since I was about 22 and am now 34. It keeps my abs looking great! but the last one I bought through this site only lasted me about 7 months before the spring broke where as the previous ones I'd had lasted me a few years before they had to be replaced.
