This product replaced one just like it which I used daily over the past 10+years.It strengthens my lower back and abdomon allowing me to over come chronic lower back problems that bothered me my entire adult life until I started using this product and doing some other isometric back exercises that I developed.Product Review: A Great Investment!

I had an ab roller similar to this a few years back, and I loved it. I gave it full credit for the six pack abs I got from using it. Then, I loaned the machine out. Years passed...the six pack went away, and I never got my ab roller back. By chance I thought they might have one on Amazon, and low and behold they did. The Sunny Health & Fitness Roller Slide is actually a better version of the one I had, and even comes with a matt and exercise pointers. You feel the effects of the machine within just one use...six pack abs are not far away. ;) Product Review: Good machine
