Build quality seems good, but that's about it. The vibrations are POWERFUL even on the lowest setting. You may lose anything that isnt bolted down--light items on the wall or free standing knick-knacks. You will feel the strong vibrations all the way up your leg which may be your thing, but if you want something specifically for your feet you may need to look elsewhere. I didnt feel the infrared heat at all. The electric cord is quite short (about 5ft), but the wireless remote is a nice feature. The noise may also be an issue for some.
