This product was terrific while it lasted but, unfortunately, after only one year of use (winter only), it suddenly stopped working. I tried all the troubleshooting tricks but could not resuscitate it. As a nurse, it was extremely helpful for back relief after a long day's work. I called the company and, surprisingly, they don't carry it any more or anything similar in size. Given that it had a five-year warrantee and they were originally made in 2007, the company had no qualms about sending a replacement heating pad (of lesser value). I guess that's better than nothing....
