I am very pleased with the transaction, but the scale itself is not accurate by any means. It fluctuates between 5-25 pounds. Example: I can weigh myself at 9:00am and then at 9:20am, it says I gained or lost 20 lbs. I always make sure the dial is set perfectly on zero before I step on, but it still is faulty. Same for my kids. My youngest weighs 34 lbs and it said he weighed 15. He's two years old and has a belly! No way he's only 15 lbs!!! lolProduct Review: works fine

the scale is works perfectly on a flat surface, if you put it on something like a carpet, you will get different results, it works best on the bare floor.
