This heating pad lives up to the company's propaganda. It wraps around harder to cover shoulder areas and stays put, thanks to the elastic band. The five levels of heat are great and the automatic shut off is great when you fall asleep with the pad on.Product Review: I LOVE this!

Being pregnant with round ligament and back pain, this has been my savior to combat the aches and pains. I have no idea which heating pad the reviewers used who said it didn't get hot enough! I used this on high on my back (through clothing, not bare skin) and it was so uncomfortably hot I had to turn it down. Yes, the heat adjustor is large and clunky, but what are you doing when you're using this that it matters? A little on the pricey side, but well worth the money.Product Review: I love this pad

This heating pad has been a great help for my back. I get stiff laying on my back for a long period of time. The greatest part of this pad is being able to strap it around me. Not only does this feature give me heat around more of my back but allows me to roll on my sides.
The people who say it doesn't get hot should return it for a new one. Mine gets hot on the lowest setting. The auto shut off is great because I have a tendency to fall asleep while laying on it. My Doc told me take it off every 2 hours for 20 min

It's flexible. It's nicely sized. The straps are nice. That said, at its most potent setting, this pad becomes slightly warm. Spend your money on another product.
