I've had chronic sinus problems for years due to a deviated septum + free bonus allergies and this is one of the only decongestants that works well for me. Most of the reformulated products on the market don't seem to do diddly squat, whether I take them for allergies or a cold. Unfortunately due to Federal restrictions on the active ingredient in Sudafed - it's hard to come by anymore and a pain to buy it when you can find it, but I am very glad it is still available.
