I have not been very impressed with this product's taste. Having to let it dissolve under the tongue leaves an aftertaste that I do not care for so I have started swallowing it with my other vitamins. Love this product! What more can I say. My wife and I started taking it. We had some concerns over the use of a sublingual vs. a liquid. The tablets are not gritty, dissolve easily, and taste good. We noticed increased energy immediately.
