Product Review: Great... when it works

This thing is such a pain in the rear. The arm that attaches to the wheel gets bent and out of alignment every time you fold your stroller and the magnet has come off so many times that I ran out of replacements. When it works, it is great to have, but 90% of the time it is just acting as an overpriced handlebar clock. Might be good if you never collapse your stroller, but not suitable for everyday wear and abuse of a foldable stroller that gets tossed in and out of the truck.Product Review: Not so great on the Double Combi!

I love this product, but can't give it 5 stars because it's not so great on my Double Combi Stroller. Before installing, my husband looked over the website several times trying to determine the best wheel to mount the sensor to. We chose the back middle wheel and every time we fold our stroller up, the sensor gets pushed just a little off. Every time I unfold the stroller to work out, I have to spend a minute or two lining it back up. I wonder how long the cable will last since I walk / jog 2-3 times per week. Also, on the side-by-side stroller, the screen where you read the data sticks out a bit even when "folded" in, so it may hang you up when going through doorways. I really like the idea - when I fall below 3.5 miles per hour, I know I gotta step it up and that's great! I just wish this were a little less cumbersome on my double stroller. Overall, it's easy to use, the instructions for initial set-up were great, and so far, the read-out screen seems pretty durable. Time will tell how long the cable on the bottom sensor will last. For now, I will just keep fiddling with it and hoping it doesn't give out on me!Product Review: Pretty handy device

I bought this when I purchased my jogging stroller so I could keep track of how long and how far I actually ran or walked. It works pretty well. I sometimes question the accuracy of the mph, but not more that a decimal place, so it is not a huge deal. Overall, pretty satisfied and think it will keep me motivated to push myself a little more each time I run.Product Review: So cool!

I love my strollometer. It really helps gauge distances and runs. You have to be sure to align it properly, but we had little trouble with it. I had it for 2 years, but only recently lost the wheel sensor, which was a bummer. I will be purchasing a new one soon for my new double jogger.Product Review: Works great but magnet falls off too easily

I've been using the strollometer for a few days and I will admit that it works great. I live in NYC and have always wondered how much walking we really do in one day. I especially like the time and temp. reading. It's easy to install and set up. The only thing is that the magnet can easily be knocked off either by accidently kicking it off, or more commonly, by the sensor itself if and when it is pushed or kicked too close to the wheel. As the wheel turns, the magnet just gets clipped right off by the sensor when it gets close enough. I just repositioned the sensor to the inside of the wheel to see if it helps. I've already gone thru 2 magnets (the kit comes with 3). Otherwise, I recommend it.
