Since my daughter is only 6 months old, using my Strollometer has been a great alternative to going back to the gym. I get a great workout using my Strollometer. It challenges me to go that extra mile. My average pace has increased and my endurance has also improved dramatically. I bought one to go on a Bob Stroller and while I love the concept the design does not work for me. The problem is in the mounting of the arm that picks up the pulse from the magnet on the wheel. The arm and it's method of mounting are not secure or rigid enough to consistently keep it close to the magnet for a prolonged period of time. The whole principle of how this unit works it that the sensor mounted near the wheel picks up a pulse from the magnet mounted on the inside of the wheel and sends a wireless signal to the digital control unit. When the sensor is too far away from the magnet, none of the features pertaining to distance or speed will work. It worked fine for it's maiden voyage and after that I have to readjust it every time I want to use it. To me it's not worth the money with if you have to fool with constantly.
