Product Review: Great product, excellent customer service!!

Overall, I've been very satisfied with this product. There is some set-up involved but the included directions are very detailed and easy to follow.
I gave it 4 stars, instead of 5 due to some minor issues I've had. The first is that on my Bob stroller, the sensor kept jiggling out of place. However, after contacting the company, the owner not only called me to discuss the issue & help me troubleshoot--she also emailed me detailed photos of a suggested set up [which isn't included in the general instruction leaflet].
The second minor problem I encountered is that the strollometer monitor strap broke after about 3 months of use. Again, I contacted the company to order a replacement strap and I was sent one [free of charge!] immediately. Another testament to the company's high level of customer service.
The strollometer has been an invaluable device to help me track my distance traveled, speed, ambient temperature, etc. After using it, I can't work out without it! I know that the strollometer accurately records the correct distance, as I checked it against a track at a local university.
My experience with the company's owner has been fabulous and she is committed to ensuring that her customers are happy. The level of customer care that I've experienced with her, has been tops and I would whole heartedly recommend this product.

I love the strollometer. It works great - I have it on the Phil and Ted e3. The information seems very accurate and its so easy to use. It motivates me to walk because I can see the results right as I'm doing it. I can set a goal to walk three miles and its easy to track - as well as my speed. I love that it has the temperature too. Also, customer service through Strollometer.com is amazing. I misplaced one of the brackets and they replaced it free, which is awesome. I highly recommend this product for ANY new mom for use on ANY stroller.Product Review: finally a company that stands behind its product

Customer service was so easy to work with, and they gave me a few suggestions to make it even easier to use. Its my new favorite baby shower gift to give.

I am really impressed by this product and the support behind it. I have a Graco Quattro and wasn't sure where to place the magnet. I emailed the company and got digital pics sent to me within 20 minutes! I have had it for about 2 weeks and now I can't imagine being without it. The great stats just add so much to my strolls! I saw this on a fellow jogger's stroller and thought it was the coolest device. It's like my husband's bike computer but even easier to use. It's played a big role in my getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight and shape.
I plan on racking up a lot of miles this summer! Well done!
