I've been hesitant to try Stevia products for a while because I'd heard they had a strange licorice aftertaste. Maybe it differs from product to product, but I thought this product was great for iced tea, and I particularly liked the orange flavor. I also tried it in a glass of water with no ice (just to experiment), and there was a slight aftertaste (though not like licorice), so I added a squeeze of lime and ice, and it was better. I didn't think there was an aftertaste at all with tea (especially compared with artificial sweeteners aspartame & saccharin). It recommends one drop per 2 oz of liquid, and I probably used 7-10 per full glass - I'm not really into super-sweet tea (I usually use 1 splenda per glass of tea). I'm planning on weaning myself off artificial sweeteners, and I've found stevia to be the one natural no-calorie alternative sweetener. I read that Japan's been using stevia as the sweetener in their Diet Coke products for the past 20 years without issues, so it's safe, and Coca-Cola & Pepsi are both supposed to be releasing Stevia drinks in the spring of 2009 (Google 'stevia'), which I can't wait for.
I would definitely buy this product again!
