I have tried some other brands of Stevia and this is my favorite! It is very light and mixes easily! A little goes a long way! Squeeze some fresh lemons into ice water, add a few drops of Stevia and you have a very refreshing beverage! Stevia is great for people with Diabetes, I believe that it has
other health purposes too! Splenda and Equal are gross and really unhealthy!

Yuck!
I have used the stevita stevia supreme packets in the past and they were great! So I assumed the liquid would be good too. There is a "motor oil" aftertaste with the liquid! Do NOT buy this as a sugar substitute.
