I love these cleansing pads. I use them to wipe off the pump and my nipples before and after I pump. They are the perfect size. I buy them in bulk because they are so useful and I leave a big stack in my breast pump bag, which I take to work everyday.
And to the other reviewer, they are sterile saline so DUH they are salty! That's what saline is.
Seriously useful and very nice to have.
