It's bigger than I expected, which makes it a little awkward to hold on to (no handle). The spout is bolted on (with rubber bushings to prevent leakage), but it's not fixed in place-- if it's not welded on, it will be prone to rotating around the connection point. But it's sturdy, fits in the nostril well, and comes with a 50-page (!) booklet on how to use it. More than anything I was amazed that there were 50 pages worth of things to say about pouring salt water up your nose.Product Review: Comfortable, Holds a Ton and Works Well!

I broke my ceramic neti pot back a few years ago now in the shower. I ended up using a plastic rhino horn which was great but -
Then I found this one. It holds a ton of water, is very comfortable to hold and the spout is the first one I've had that actually seals in my nostril. All the other neti pots didn't really seal so the water leaked out a bit when I tried to neti.
I've dropped this one also in the shower - besides a huge CLANG - nothin happened to it.
It's easy to add salt to as the opening is huge. I can also clean both sinuses easily because it holds so much water. With my previous neti pots, I would have to refill them with filtered water, add more salt and neti again - took too much time.
I recommend it.

Don't let one negative review of this fabulous neti pot deter you from buying one. The metallic "twang" to which the negative review refers was probably a result of not properly washing the pot as I have had no such problem and I have a very sensitive nose. The benefits of this stainless steel pot are legion! It is easy to use, keep sterile clean and can travel quite nicely. This is not, however, for beginners, you do need to have some experience with sinus irrigation before you begin. The manual does help, but I would suggest you go slowly. Overall, however, I am so glad I have this great pot! It is really helping my sinuses.Product Review: Easy to clean and effective

As someone who has suffered severe sinus and allergy problems for many years, I was skeptical of Neti Pot reviews. I had heard that this device works wonders for sinus issues, but since nothing else I had ever tried worked, I figured this wouldn't either. Well, I was wrong. After doing some research and talking to some friends, I decided to order the stainless steel neti pot. Ever since I started using it, my sinus problems have improved greatly. It's simply amazing. With the stainless steel, you have to be diligent about cleaning the device after uses as salt can create "pits" or rust inside of the pot. Cleaning only takes a few minutes; just rinse with water and dry the inside with a towel. I highly recommend this item to people with sinus issues. This company sent my order immediately and even attached a friendly, signed note.
Suffer from sinus headaches, pressure, congestion, etc.? The relief is worth the small monetary price.
