I picked up a ceramic neti pot at a health food store a few months back and got good results for my sinus problems and asthma. I dropped and broke that pot and ordered this one. I had no instructions with the original pot and just faked it, but the booklet that comes with this pot gave me information that makes it even more effective. The large capacity is a big bonus. You have to try this pot.
