Product Review: YOU WILL OBEY!!!

Two things happened. I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid. The medication they gave me has caused a gain of about 30 pounds in the last three months out of thin air. Fun stuff, right? Second, there was a lot of press on Jessica Alba and how she lost her baby weight so fast that she was able to do a Maxim shoot 6 weeks after giving birth, and she said she hated exercise and wore girdles instead.
I bought a size M even though the charts said I was an L, but I really wanted the 'challenge.' I am able to fit into it...tightly. It takes a while to get used to it, and it can be a bit unpleasant at first. It forces you to maintain a practically perfect posture, and if you don't, it'll pinch somewhere, and by the end of the day, that pinch is a lot more painful.
I don't have an hourglass figure, but I am starting to see what might be considered a waist. I only wear it at work, which is largely a sitting job. I have always felt really guilty about having to be sitting for 8 hours a day, and wearing this makes me feel better about that.
So far, I haven't been molded into a perfect shape, but I am a lot more aware of my body, and maintaining posture has made me look thinner.
I definitely recommend this-I feel like even when I'm sitting here, I'm doing 'something.' It does instantly take inches off and improves your posture (I'm not entirely convinced on the lymphatic drainage and continual abdominal massage as it claims on the packaging), but it's made me feel...better...in a way I can't describe.

I thought it might work and I was extremely happy after wearing it for one day. I am overweight and have a bad back and do conventions with my business, meaning I have to stand all day on cement. It is a lifesaver and I definitely suggest it to anyone in my condition....it also makes your figure look MUCH better! I got both waist cincher and vest because of the comments below. Although I agree that it gives an excellent control when both are worn but practically I don't think it's easy to wear a vest. Rather, I find the waist cincher is easier to wear and I use it everyday.
Pros:
- gives a good control and tightness and makes a waist line
- helps control your appetite and diet
However few things...
- The color "nude" is not quite nude. It's pinkish bright nude. I wished it is beige nude though. but that's fine.
- Th studs in the cincher are shorter. I am not sure if it was designed like that for comfortness.
- my skin got irritated at the first few days. It's been two or three weeks and now I feel much better but still itchy after taking it off at the end of the day. It could be because of my skin type. Although slight itchy it doesn't bother me much.
Overall I am very satisfied and using it everyday. I was in fact struggling my appetite & diet control but with this I was able to reduce the amount of food and lost 2 lbs. Thanks to Squeem.

I have lost 6 pounds and 4 inches off my waist! After the birth of my second child I lost the weight and with hours at the gym toned back up but my I had no curves! After my third baby, I thought there was no way to get my figure back, but now 10 months after my fourth baby, I am already down to a 29 1/2in waist. I am already ordering the next size down with 39in hips and a 40in bust I want to reduce my waist another 2 inches to have a real va va va voom shape. lol It has really help me recover after pregnancy in a way I never thought possible. I would recommend this to my best friend.
P.S. I have the vest. To avoid back fat rolls! Plus, It seems to keep my bra straps in place.

I am loving this thing! I've used other shapewear but this is more than a pair of spanx! from the moment I put it on, I felt more lady like. My posture is wonderful-you really couldn't slouch in this thing if you tried-and my muffin top is GONE! I don't find it uncomfortable, it's like a second skin. It took 2 inches off my waist immediately, how great is that?
also, I am not hungry all the time anymore. it makes you feel full. I intend on getting the vest next and using this daily, it's awesome!!
