Customer Review: Does Help Osteoarthritis in Knees

I really did not believe that this kind of over the counter pill could help my knees. However, my orthopedic doctor told me to start taking it as a dietary supplement in between my cortisone shots every three months. I can now tell the difference when the shots wear off if I am not taking these pills. There is a difference in the amount of pain I will experience. Again, I figured the shots would work but I was really surprised when the pills did too.
