after trying the Glucosamine HCL from [...] to be ineffective, I looked up the literature from the NIH. Only glucosomine Sulfate is proven effective. other forms of Glucosamine are questionable since they may not be absorbed as well from the digestive system. and I wanted to avoid the Chondroitin, since that could lead to mad cow disease.
so i switched to this one, 2000mg is a day's dose. good price too.
