In preparation for an upcoming marathon, I have experimented several Saturdays in a row with running and walking up to eighteen miles with SportLegs, compression tights, both, or neither. Sportlegs work really well on long bike rides and long runs. It helps in keeping the legs going. A couple of pills before bed and compression pants helps the legs feel refreshed the next morning.
