Product Review: Don't believe the bad reviews

There seems to be a theme in the bad reviews: "this didn't cure my this that or the other thing". Spine-Worx isn't a miracle cure. There's no such thing.

It's a tool, a very good one.

I won't go into detail about my back injuries, but I've crushed a few bones and cracked at least one. It hasn't slowed me down a bit because I stretch and exercise.

And I use Spine-Worx as part of my regimen because it helps. Like any other good tool, you have to learn how to use it. Do some yoga and give this product a try.

Product Review: Don't expect a miracle

I've suffered for years and have been to many chiropractors. I'm young (28) with just a cursed bad back and I constantly need to "crack" my neck and back. This device has its' uses but keep walking if you think you're going to get a miracle for less than $30. Some of these reviews are so long and well written that I'm suspicious they're written by the manufacturer. Like the guy who owns 3 with one in his car? I don't believe him for one second. Go ahead, give it a try and see how well you drive with this thing on your back. I say give it a shot as you wont be out too much money and I bet you can always toss it back on ebay if you're not happy. I'm kinda satisfied with mine but it's not the miracle worker some of these people profess it to be.

I was so hopeful and excited when I bought this item... especially when most of the reviews were so glowing (I especially liked, "bottom line, if the dog ate it, I'd buy another.") Unfortunately, I can not figure out what all the excitement is about. It truly must be an "individual thing" as to whether you will like this product or not. My personal review is: NOT!!! In my opinion, it's a cheap and possibly dangerous product. Do yourself and your back a favor and go see an actual chiropractor and/or your primary physician if your back is needing some adjustment/care. Avoid this one!

I figured, what the heck, this is cheap enough. Why Not?. .. Don't even waste the money. To be honest, the space given to squeeze your spine into is way to narrow. I'm 6'2", this thing doesn't fit my back at all. It's not that it hurt really bad, or caused bruising. I gave it a fighting chance and it honestly was a disappointment. It's sitting in a closet now, I've had much better luck with helping my back through an inversion table, and mostly through weightloss and yoga. This contraption seems to be created for a very specific demographic. I don't think I was one of them. Not sure how a "one-size fits-all" mentally could possibly work on something like this, where clearly nobody has the same exact body type or composition. Don't buy. Try inversion with exercise and a little yoga/stretching thrown in.
