Product Review: Not for those who have had back surgery
Summary: 1 Stars

Spine-Worx Back Realignment Device
I had hoped after reading the rave reviews this device would help keep my spine aligned. Because of ruptured discs, I had three vertebrae fused two years go. When I laid down on the Spine-Worx Back Realignment, the pain was so great in the lumbar area where I had surgery I could not stay on it for even a minute. I tried changing positions, but none was any better. Perhaps if the bars were a little further apart and covered with a softer material it would have worked.

Product Review: Just what I needed
Summary: 5 Stars

I had some back problems after a car accident, which a chiropractor helped alleviate. Fast forward a year later and I started to feel a slight twinge in my back where I used to feel discomfort. I was about to start going back to the chiropractor, but I came across the Spine Worx. I thought to myself, why not...it's not too expensive.

I now use it once a day before I go to sleep, and it has relieved the twinge in my spine I began to feel again. It does a good job of relaxing the muscles in my back and allowing the spine to realign itself. I would recommend this product to others.

Product Review: Started to feel better immediatly!
Summary: 5 Stars

This is a very effective, easy to use and affordable way to bring relieve to aching back. I have had back problems and pain ever since I was hit by a car 27 years ago. I spent thousands of dollars on chiropractic help that would only bring a temporary relieve. Now, for the price of less that one adjustment I have my own "chiropractor" at home...

Product Review: Great for someone with a daily regimen
Summary: 4 Stars

The product helps us, when we remember to use it every day. We are still young so our routines are not set in stone or anything so it can be hard to remember to use it. I figure if we do stick with using it every day it will help us a lot more.

Product Review: Self-chiropractor tool
Summary: 4 Stars

I like this thing a lot. When my upper
back goes out of whack I lay down on it,
relax for a bit, then lace my fingers behind
my neck and lift my head forward - in me
this often "cracks" my upper back in up
to 8 places.

I'm not saying that you should do what
I do, just that this tool helps me get
relief from discomfort. I can accomplish
the same maneuver on a flat floor but with
spineworx the adjustment is deeper and it
feels better when it is done.

I don't have lower-back problems though
like anybody I occasionally pull a muscle
down there. I can't say that spineworx helps
much when that happens.

I practice Yoga and I am quite limber. As
a marketer and writer I spend a lot of time on
a computer though, and that tweaks my back out
sometimes. Spineworx is one of several tools
I use to adjust my body from time to time.

I tried this out when I was in my early 20s and
it didn't do any good for me. My mom had one
and I just couldn't see what was good about it.

In my mid-30s however I was having a lot of back
discomfort at a friend's house and he suggested
I try it out. He told me it takes a while to
work and that night I lay on it for maybe 20
minutes. It became quite uncomfortable but it
really helped when I rolled off.

The proper techniques is to cross your arms over
your chest and roll onto your front. This helps
the adjustment to "settle". If you just sit straight
up you'll get less benefit.
