This has provided relief by supporting the spine to allow the back muscles to relax. It has been helpful to use this before a visit to the chiropractor to make adjustments easier. I have on occasion felt some clicks/pops when using this, but I do not consider this a substitute for seeing a doctor. Product Review: I like it.

I like to lie on it with a pillow under my head. It relieves my sore lower back after I've been on it for 10-15 minutes. It is less helpful for the soreness between my shoulder blades, but overall to me it's worth having. Product Review: AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH
