This device feels cheap and really has not done much to relieve my back pain. For back pain relief the only thing that has worked for me is regular visits to my chiropractor. I'm glad that this device may have worked for some people, but it didn't do anything for me. Honestly, I would rather have a well-trained professional properly diagnose and treat my back pain than leaving it up to chance with this device. I go to chiro 2x/mo , have had back issues over 30 years, and this device is definitely a helper.
Simple, helps make the back feel like it's "stretching and loosening"
Not a whole lot to say - it's comfortable, easy to use, easy to keep away from the kids, and it does what I need.
Price is reasonable for the results.

I've had this for about 2 weeks, and like it a lot. It is exactly what I thought it would be, only less bulky and much lighter. I also use it to massage the muscles along the spine on lower back and upper back, hard to reach or find the right spot.
If your individual spine disks align fine just need more reverse curve, I don't think the grove would be good for you.
